We encourage and support all service users to take control and manage their own affairs, wherever practically possible. We actively support the establishment of independence by helping put building blocks in place, i.e. stability, positive self-image, self-esteem, continuity, strong supportive links, positive education and training, identity and good preparation.
Univeral Integrated Services Aims to:

- Provide Residential Support Workers who will help in making sure that your needs are met.
- Provide accommodation and support which you can be proud of and feel able to invite family and friends
- To provide specialist multidisciplinary holistic assessment and management of your needs and risks with comprehensive care planning, key working and specific interventions suited to your needs, diversity, and dangers.
- Always promote your independence and encourage you to care for yourself by offering you a high level of emotional support and practical help in health and educational/employment issues, cooking, budgeting, and household tasks.
- We aim to safeguard your privacy and confidentiality, and to enable you to maintain your independence, have informed choices and opportunity to enjoy and contribute to society.
